Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets), complete the following as quickly as possible:Run 300m18 Abmat Sit-ups15 Wall Balls12 Hand-Release Push-ups9 Calorie Bike or Row*Start each set at a different movement, ie:Set 1: Start on the Run, end on the Bike or RowSet 2: Start on the Sit-ups, end on the RunSet 3: Start on the Wall Balls, end on the Sit-upsetc..*Your goal should be consistent times across all 5 sets.
