Adam Molano
Co-Owner
Adam has been coaching in fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle for the past 15 years, and is the Co-Founder of Full Range. He has successfully coached and designed programming for hundreds of people, from full-time moms, to top-tier CrossFit athletes, and everything in between. His passion is teaching people the “why” behind the workouts, and helping others to help themselves.

Alecia Molano
Co-Owner
Alecia is the Head Coach and Co-Founder of Full Range. She has coached groups and individuals for over 15 years, and now focuses on 1-on-1 training and program design, with a specialty in pre- and post-partum training.

SHANNON BRENNAN
Coach
Shannon has been a member of the coaching staff since 2017 and a Full Ranger since 2015. She initially joined the team as our very first Member Services intern, where she helped develop some of the staff training practices and member engagement processes we use today! In addition to coaching group classes and 1:1 clients, Shannon supports our Teen Strength and sport-specific training workshops. She's passionate about helping folks who are just beginning, restarting, or returning to their fitness journey feel more comfortable in the gym and build confidence through training.

JON JANTON
Coach
Jon brings over a decade of experience from CrossFit and other training modalities to the Full Range community. Since joining the coaching staff in 2017, Jon has been integral in developing systems that improve the coaching workflow and the member experience. Jon excels at helping folks build confidence in their movements, with a particular passion for guiding beginners. In addition to group classes, Jon supports our sport-specific programming and has developed and led several gymnastics workshops. He is married to fellow coach Lauren Janton, and together they are proud parents to four children.

JAMIE BARTOSH

As a Sports Performance Coach at Brown University, Jamie brings a wealth of high-level athletic experience to our community. Since joining the Full Range coaching staff in 2024, she’s been a fixture in our Fundamentals program and Olympic lifting clinics. In addition to coaching group fitness classes and Fundamentals, Jamie leverages her sport-specific expertise in our Women’s Rugby programming and private training to help athletes refine their technique and build explosive power. As a coach, she takes great joy in helping folks move well and is passionate about understanding and applying new fitness methods and techniques to her practice. When she’s not in the gym, Jamie loves to travel and explore new places.
