2024 Teen Strength & Conditioning Summer Program
Do you know a middle school- or high school-aged athlete that could benefit from increasing their strength, power, coordination, agility, balance, and overall level of body awareness?
Full Range is proud to announce our Summer Teen Strength & Conditioning Program for 2024. This 5-week series is designed to help teach and develop the foundations of solid movement that will prepare young athletes for a lifetime of better health, fitness, and performance.
Our goal with all of our student-athletes is to…
Teach them proper technique for strength training, in both weighted and bodyweight movements
Help them build power and speed, to increase performance in their sport(s) of choice
Prepare them for the demands of college strength and conditioning programs
Reduce their risk of injury and promote longevity in sport
Our Summer session will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm, from July 9th - August 8th.
Early-bird registration is now open at $159/student until June 14th ($179/student after that).
