2024 Teen Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

Do you know a middle school- or high school-aged athlete that could benefit from increasing their strength, power, coordination, agility, balance, and overall level of body awareness?

Full Range is proud to announce our Summer Teen Strength & Conditioning Program for 2024.  This 5-week series is designed to help teach and develop the foundations of solid movement that will prepare young athletes for a lifetime of better health, fitness, and performance.

Our goal with all of our student-athletes is to…

  • Teach them proper technique for strength training, in both weighted and bodyweight movements

  • Help them build power and speed, to increase performance in their sport(s) of choice

  • Prepare them for the demands of college strength and conditioning programs

  • Reduce their risk of injury and promote longevity in sport

Our Summer session will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm, from July 9th - August 8th.

Early-bird registration is now open at $159/student until June 14th ($179/student after that).
