Strength + Community

At Full Range, we believe that working out is better with friends. That’s why our core program consists of daily Group Training sessions that blend the best aspects of functional strength training and conditioning work with expert coaching and a fun, team-oriented environment.

Our Group Training classes are 60 minutes and include a warm-up, skill practice, workout, and cool down.  We keep our groups small so that our coaches can effectively coach everyone on technique, efficiency, and the appropriate level of intensity.  You will be pushed when you need to be pushed, held back when your form starts to break down, always be challenged, and never be bored.

These classes are perfect for those that want to commit to a consistent program and would benefit from the support of a great community of positive, motivated individuals that share their desire to be stronger, healthier, and happier.

Recognizing that every person has a vast range of personal goals and abilities, our group classes are designed with the flexibility to meet your needs. While not as specific as personal training, our daily group training sessions still allow members to choose from different paths to achieve their goals.

FITNESS

Our Fitness track, as the name implies, is designed to build a solid, sustainable base of strength, fitness, and metabolic health.  These workouts feature a wide variety of full-body, functional movements (think Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Lunging, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Planks, etc.), with a focus on proper mechanics.  While a perfect starting place for anyone new to the program, these workouts are not just for beginners.  Every workout is scaled to the participant’s level of ability, so a Fitness workout can be as challenging as one could imagine. 

We have had great success over the years when combining our “Fitness” workouts with our Nutritional Coaching program, especially for those that are new!)

PERFORMANCE

Our Performance track at Full Range offers a higher level of complexity and intensity. We use Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, and other means to provide a workout that will challenge you, mentally and physically. If you are looking to raise your fitness to the next level, develop explosiveness and power, while building a solid aerobic base, this track is for you.
