What happens outside the gym plays a huge role in overall health, fitness, and well-being. That’s where our resident Nutrition Coach, Kristen Van Hull, and KVH Wellness comes in. Through nutrition and lifestyle coaching, Kristen helps clients bridge the gap between their workouts and daily habits to create sustainable, long-term change.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Kristen uses a holistic, habit-based approach that takes into account not just nutrition, but also sleep, stress, movement, and mindset.

Whether the goal is to lose weight, build muscle, boost energy, or feel more confident in your skin, she works with each client to build a personalized plan that fits their life.

Each coaching relationship begins with an InBody scan to assess body fat, lean muscle mass, and metabolic rate. Kristen then takes time to understand her client’s current habits, lifestyle, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. From there, the focus is on implementing small, sustainable changes that lead to meaningful and lasting results.

Kristen provides the accountability, support, and guidance needed to stay consistent—and empowered—through the ups and downs of life.
