At Full Range, we believe that the more personalized we can make an exercise and nutrition program, the better the overall results will be.  And, while we love training in groups, there often comes a time when taking a more specific approach is warranted.

Whether you want to pursue the Sport of Fitness, work around an injury, prepare for or return from pregnancy/childbirth, or simply focus on your own goals, on your own time, individualized programming from Adam or Alecia is a great option.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve designed thousands of workout programs for hundreds of different people. We’ve helped everyone, from complete fitness newcomers to the 4x Fittest Man in Rhode Island by structuring workout programs based on solid principles and progressions.

As an individual client, your coach will closely monitor your progress and prescribe workouts based on your goals, abilities, equipment, and schedule. Your personal workouts will be delivered to you daily via our Truecoach app, complete with detailed video explanations for all movements.  You upload your results, and your coach will provide feedback and tips.

Your workouts can be completed at home, at your local gym, or at our facility in Providence – whatever works best for you!
