The Three Wise Men Tribute“Jeremy”Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:5 Hang Squat Snatch (135/95 lb)10 Burpees Over the BarbellRest 2 minutes, and then…“Ben”Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:10 Power Cleans (135/95 lb)20 Pull-UpsRest 2 minutes, and then…“Beau”Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:15 Box Jump-Overs (24/20")30 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)*We will have appropriate scaling options for everyone; please don't avoid this workout just because the listed movements may seem unfamiliar to you.***Each year, on Veterans Day, we at Full Range perform the "Three Wise Men" workout as a means of paying tribute to those that have survived the horrors of combat for the good of our country.  Many of these men and women returning home face yet another battle in re-entering society, the workforce, family-life, etc.The Three Wise Men Foundation (now merged with Headstrong) was founded to help support veterans in their journey back , focusing on mental health, substance abuse, and, most recently, PTSD.
