"HOME WORKOUT"
A. Every 90 seconds, for 24 minutes (4 sets of each):A1. Goblet Squat x 6-8 reps @32X1 tempo OR Back Squat x 3-5 reps @32X1 tempoA2. Tall Kneeling Band Pull Aparts OR Bent Over Reverse Flies x 15-20 reps (*can also sub in Pull-ups here if you have a pull-up bar at home)A3. Alternating Lateral Lunges x 12-16 reps @20X1A4. Windmills x 3-5 each side @30X1B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:14 Box Jumps or Step-Ups, OR 21 Tuck Jumps14 Plank Walk-Ups (Elbows to high plank)

800 Meter Run @75-80%Rest 3 minutesx 2 sets+400 Meter Run @80-85%Rest 2 minutesx 4 sets+200 Meter Run @85-90%Rest 1 minutex 6 sets
