"FITNESS" & "PERFORMANCE"
Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets), complete the following as quickly as possible:Run 200m18 Wall Balls15 Pushups12 Deadlifts (155/105)40 Double Unders (or 80 Singles)*Start each set at a different movementSet 1: Start on the Run, end on the Double UndersSet 2: Start on the Wall Balls, end on the RunSet 3: Start on the Pushups, end on the Wall Ballsetc..*If the sets are consistently taking you more than 4 minutes, scale back the run to 100 Meters
"COMPETITION"
*For the duration of the Open, we will be following directly along with the Invictus Competition Program. Please check their blog for today's workout.
"ENDURANCE"
Row 5 minutes at moderate paceRest 2 minutes, then…Six sets of:Row 500m @85-90%Rest 2:30 between setsRest 2 minute, then…Row 5 minutes at easy pace
