In teams of two, complete three rounds for time of:800 Meter Run (partners must run together)60 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches40 Goblet Squats20 BurpeesPartners may split the reps between them however they choose, but only one partner may be working at a time – except on the run, which must be completed together.

"PERFORMANCE"

“ENDURANCE”

Three sets for times:800 Meter Run or Ski1000 Meter Row2000 Meter BikeRest 4 minutes between sets
