Run 1 Mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
*The Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats can be partitioned however you see fit. If you have a 20-lb vest or body armor, wear it.
*There will be numerous options for scaling; Your coaches will help you decide the best way to attack this challenging workout.
