*Holiday Schedule: Today is ONE CLASS only, at 9am! There is no attendance cap for this session, so you can be checked in even if you can’t get a spot on the registration list. After that, we will have Open Gym from 10-12.
“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”
In teams of four, complete five sets for max reps/calories of:
60 seconds of Box Jump-Overs
60 seconds of Echo Bike (for calories)
60 seconds of Power Cleans (Recommended weights: (135/93 lb)
60 seconds of Rowing (for Calories)
Rest 60 seconds
Teams (ideally) get one bike, one barbell, one box, and one rower. Team members rotate through the four work stations at 60 second intervals and all members rest at the same time. Post total score (calories biked/rowed and reps completed).
“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”
Every 3 minutes, for 36-45 minutes (4-5 sets of each):
Station 1 — 400/360 Meter Ski or Run
Station 2 — 400/360 Meter Row
Station 3 — 800/720 Meter Bike Erg
