“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps a possible in 30 minutes of:
900 Meter Bike Erg
360-ft Farmers Walk (switch off in 90-ft increments)
450 Meter Row or Ski
30 Burpees to 6" Target

Divide the meters and reps between partners as you see fit.

“BURN”

Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets):
200 Meter Row or Ski
50 Double Unders or Singles
200 Meter Run or 400m Bike Erg
10 Burpees

Try to go a little faster each set!

“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”

1200 Meter Bike @80%
Walk 100 Meters
600 Meter Run or Row @85%
Walk 100 Meters
400 Meter Bike @90%
Rest 2 minutes
x 4 rounds
