In teams of two, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:20 Calorie Row, Ski, or Bike20 Front Squats (95/65 lb)20 Front-Racked Reverse Lunges (95/65 lb)20 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65 lb)20 BurpeesPartners will alternate movements, so Partner A performs 20 Calories of Rowing, Partner B performs Front Squats, Partner A performs Reverse Lunges…and so on.
