"FITNESS"
A. Four sets of:Snatch-Grip Romanian Deadlift x 6 reps @ 4011Rest 60 secondsTempo Push-ups x 8-12 reps @1111Rest 60 secondsSuitcase Carry + Waiter’s Carry x 200 Feet(hold a heavy DB or KB at side in suitcase carry, and a lighter DB/KB overhead in waiter’s carry; switch arms at 100 feet)Rest 60 secondsB. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):Odd Intervals – 2 Rounds of:100 Meter Run15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)Even Intervals – 500/400 Meter Row**Record your time to complete each couplet, as well as your times for each Row. Keep your pace at a hard (but sustainable), 90% effort on each interval.*If you cannot hold a sub- 2:00/500m pace on the Row, drop the distance to 400 Meters.
"PERFORMANCE"
