FR's "Full House” In-House Throwdown Re-Cap

Our first-ever, members-only competition was a huge success, and we would like to thank and congratulate all of you that participated in it!  Taking on 4 (but really 5) tough-yet-fun events, all of the competitors pushed themselves to their limits, and absolutely crushed it.  Just as important though, is that they all held the standard of demonstrating good movement, and made judging their reps extremely easy!The events were as follows:Event #1: “Triple/Jump”1a. 3 attempts to establish a max distance Broad Jump1b.10 minutes to establish a 3-RM Front Squat*Two separate scores here: combined distance jumped (in cm), and combined weight lifted (in lbs.)  Event #3: "Super-Team Mash-up"*For this event, we combined a team from each division to for a single, 4-person, super-team!*In teams of 4, with one partner working at a station at a time, complete three sets for max reps/cals of:1 Minute Toes-to-Bar or Sit-ups1 Minute Box Jump-Overs1 Minute Assault Bike1 Minute RestEvent #4: "The Mocha Almond Chipper"Against a 16-minute running clock:Run 400 Meter (both teammates run together)40 Pull-ups40 Overhead Squats (95/65)Run 300 Meters30 Pull-ups30 Thrusters (115/75)Run 200 Meters20 Pull-ups20 Front-Racked Reverse Lunges (135/95)In the remaining time, complete as many reps as possible of:Double Unders
