“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”
In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
800 Meter Relay Run, Row, or Ski (each partner can choose their own machine option)
60 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
40 Box Jump-Overs (or Step-Overs — 24/20”)
20 Toes to Bar
Partners will split the reps up however they’d like, but must finish all the reps of one movement before moving on to the next.
“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”
Bike, Run, Ski, or Row:
30 Seconds @easy
30 Seconds @moderate
30 Seconds @tough (but could sustain for 1 full minute at least)
30 Second rest walk
x 6-8 rounds (12-16 minutes)
Rest 4 minutes
x 2 sets
