FR Run/Walk Club Starts May 1st!

Our annual Run Club starts Wednesday, May 1st.


The Full Range Run Club can be completed by anyone, anywhere, and is extremely simple: Run (or walk) 1 mile (or more), every day, for 30 days. You can do it alone; you can do it with friends; you can go as slowly as you like — the only goal is to do it, in some fashion, each and every day, and keep moving forward.

Log it on SugarWOD starting 5/1, and just watch how easy “MURPH” will be at the end of the month!
