Welcome Coach Jon to the FR Team!
While he officially joined our staff this past December, we want to take a moment and introduce to you all our newest Coach, Jon Janton. He recently sat down with Coach Coop to give us some info on his coaching background:From his official bio:"Fitness has always been a part of Jon’s life, whether running a 5K race, practicing martial arts, weightlifting, or performing backflips wherever possible. Then he found Crossfit in 2012 and he loved both the intensity and variety that Crossfit had to offer, from gymnastic movements to Olympic lifts.As a coach, it is Jon’s objective to ensure proper form and technique is being followed during all workouts.
