“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”
Every 90 seconds, for 36 minutes (4 sets) of:
Station 1 – Close Grip Bench Press (Barbell or Dumbbells) x 6-8 reps @21X1
Station 2 – Farmer’s Carry x 150-200 feet
Station 3 – Side Plank or Star Plank x 20-30 seconds/side
Station 4 – Tall Kneeling Zottman Curls x 10-12 reps @ 3011
Station 5 – Single Leg Hip Thrust x 6-8 reps each leg @20X2 (perform with shoulders on a bench if possible -- add a Dumbbell if able to here)
Station 6 – Hollow or Dead Bug Hold x 45-60 seconds
