A. Four sets of:Split Squat variation x 8-12 reps each legRest 60 secondsUpper Body Pulling Variation x 6-12 reps (can also sub Reverse Snow Angels x 30-40 seconds)Rest 60 secondsB. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:20 Push Presses or Push-Ups20 Step-Ups or Box Jumps20 Second Side Plank (each side)

Tempo Run:1 Minute @ easy pace1 Minute @ moderate pace1 Minute @ easy pace1 Minute @ tough pacex 6-8 rounds (24-32 minutes)**this can also be performed on a bike
