Every 2 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets of each):Station 1 – 10 Box Jump-Overs + 20-30 Push-upsStation 2 – Row 300/250 MetersStation 3 – 50 Double Unders + 10-15 Toes to BarStation 4 – Run 200 Meters*Record your time to complete each station; Work as quickly as possible, in order to maximize rest time between tasks.
