"FITNESS" & “PERFORMANCE”

Every 90 seconds, for 36 minutes (4 sets) of:
Station 1 – 150-ft Sandbag Carry
Station 2 – 2-4 Rope Climbs or 6-12 Mixed-Grip Strict Pull-ups (switch grips halfway)
Station 3 – 200 Meter Row
Station 4 – 150-ft Farmers Carry
Station 5 – 3-7 Wall Climbs
Station 6 – 200 Meter Ski

*Choose loading and rep count for each station that allows you to complete the first round comfortably, but that will challenge you by round 3. Row and Ski can be subbed with Running or Biking, if that’s all you have access to.

“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”

Against a 30-minute clock:
Bike Erg for as many Meters as possible

*Every 3 minutes, complete:
Odd Intervals: 10 Burpees
Even Intervals: 15/10 Calorie Row
