B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
20/15 Calorie Row
15 Dumbbell Floor Press
10 Toes to Bar
45 Double-Unders (or Mountain Climbers)
C. (Optional) Two or Three sets of:
Single Arm Kettlebell Row x 6-8 reps each arm @11X2 (2-second pause at the top of each rep)
Rest 30 seconds
Dumbbell Hammer Curls x 12-15 reps
Rest 30 seconds
