A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (5 sets of each):Odd Intervals – Deadlift x 4-6 reps @21X1Even Intervals – Dumbbell Bench Press x 6-8 reps @2011B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches10 Box Jump Overs or Step-Overs10/7 Calorie Assault Bike (or Ski, or Row, for bigger classes)C.
