Every minute, on the minute, for 18 minutes (6 sets of each):Minute 1 – Toes to Bar x 8-12 repsMinute 2 – Wall Balls x 12-15 repsMinute 3 – Double Unders x 30-50 reps*Choose your number of reps on the Toes to Bar and Wall Balls based on what you can sustain over the course of all 6 sets. View this as an opportunity to perform some of our commonly-seen movements as prescribed (or closer to RX) , or for bigger sets than you might in a more fast-paced scenario.
