Every 3 minutes, for 36 minutes (3 rounds of each), for times:Station 1 – 15-20 Toes to Bar + 50 Double UndersStation 2 – 500 Meter SkiStation 3 – 30 Box Jump Overs or Step-Overs (24/20")Station 4 – 500 Meter Row*Record your time to complete each station; Work as quickly as possible, in order to maximize rest time between tasks.
