In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, complete three sets for max reps/calories of:
2 Minutes of Box Jumps (24/20")
2 Minutes of Toes to Bar (or V-Ups)
2 Minutes of Goblet Walking Lunges (24/16 kg)
2 Minutes of Rowing (for Calories)
Rest 2 minutes

Partners switch from working to resting whenever they see fit; track total reps/calories achieved in each set.

“BURN”

Four sets for max reps:
40 Seconds of Walking Lunges
Rest 20 seconds
40 Seconds of Ski, Row, or Bike
Rest 20 seconds
40 Seconds of Ring Rows
Rest 20 seconds
40 Seconds of Box Jumps or Step-Ups
Rest 20 seconds
40 Seconds of Row or Bike Erg
Rest 80 seconds

Rest 2 minutes, then…

Three sets of:
20 Second Front Plank (on hands)
20 Second Side Plank Left
20 Second Reverse Plank
20 Second Side Plank Right
Rest 40 seconds
