In teams of two, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 40 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
*Every 6 rounds (3 each teammate), teams must run 400 meters (both teammates run together).
“burn”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
12 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Presses (6 each arm)
9/6 Cal Row
Rest 1 minute, then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
90-ft Shuttle Run (15-ft down and back, 30-ft down and back)
6 Burpees
Rest 1 minute, then….
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
9/6 Calorie Ski
9/6 Calorie Bike Erg
Rest 1 minute, then…
Repeat for a second round through of each section
