In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:300 Meter Run30 Power Cleans (95/65 lb.)30 Hand-Relase Push-ups30 Thrusters (95/65 lb.)Partners may partition the reps however they see fit, with only one teammate working at a time----except for on the run, which both partners must complete together
