*Reminder: This Saturday we will be holding one class only, at 9am.  Monday (Memorial Day), is also one class at 9am, for our 4th Annual Memorial Day Murph Workout.  We hope to see you all there!

"FITNESS" & "PERFORMANCE"

In teams of four, complete as many reps/meters as possible in 24 minutes of:Station 1 – 100 Meter Farmer’s CarryStation 2 – Burpee Box Jump OversStation 3 – Rowing (for Meters)Station 4 – RestOnly one partner may occupy each station; partners rotate as a group as soon as their teammate complete the 100 meter farmer’s carry.  Your team's score will be your combined total of Burpee Box Jump Overs and Meters rowed over the 24 minutes.

40 Minute Row @ 70%*Every 5 minutes, complete:15 Hollow Rocks15 Arch Rocks2 Turkish Get Ups each arm (moderate weight)
