“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”

In teams of two, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 40 minutes of:
4 Strict Pull-Ups
8 Burpees
12 Goblet Squats

*Every 6 rounds (3 per teammate), teams must run 400 meters together – with both back in before starting the triplet.

“BURN”

Every minute, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Minute 1 — 40 Second Row (increase effort each set)
Minute 2 — 6-12 Bodyweight Get-Ups

then….

Every 30 seconds, for 3 minutes (3 sets):
Interval 1 — 20 Second Tucked Hang from Bar
Interval 2 — 20 Seconds of Jumping Squats (touch the pull-up bar)

then...

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
300 Meter Run
24 Air Squats
18 Abmat Sit-ups
12 Calorie Row/Ski/Bike
6 Burpee Jumping Pull-ups

“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”

Every 4 minutes, for 40 minutes (10 sets):
300/250m Row
600/500m Bike Erg

*Note times for each set, shooting for lowest total working time
