"FITNESS" & "PERFORMANCE"

In teams of four, complete as many reps/meters as possible in 24 minutes of:Station 1 – 100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (80 feet down and 80 feet back x 2, if done inside)Station 2 – Wall BallsStation 3 – Rowing (for Meters)Station 4 – RestOnly one partner may occupy each station; partners rotate as a group as soon as their teammate complete the 100 meter farmer’s carry. Your team’s score will be your combined total of Wall Balls and Meters rowed over the 24 minutes.
