In teams of two, complete the following for time:
2000 Meter Relay Row
1600 Meter Relay Run
120 Single-Arm Dumbbell Thrusters
80 Toes to Bar (or V-Ups)
40 Single-Arm Devil's Presses
20 Wall Climbs
Throughout this workout, only one partner will be working at a time. Partition the meters and repetitions however you deem best.
“BURN”
Every 2 minutes, for 24 minutes (4 sets of each):
Station 1 — 300/250 Meter Ski or Run
Station 2 — 600/500 Meter Bike Erg or 300/250m Row
Station 3 — 15-20 V-Ups + 15-20 Air Squats + 15-20 Push-ups
