Introducing Workout Tracking with SugarWOD!
At Full Range, we emphasize a supportive community, measuring progress, and celebrating success.To support these values, we have partnered with the SugarWOD app for tracking our workouts. It’s a fun, social way to record your numbers and notes from day to day, and offers another way to interact with your fellow Full Rangers. Using it is totally optional (you can keep your account private), but we highly recommend utilizing this free service to get the most out of your experience with us!
How to Get Started:
1) Download SugarWOD
The app is available on both iOS and Android
2) Sign Up for an Account
We offer this service free to all of our current clients. After creating your account, select "Full Range CrossFit" as your affiliate.
3) Start Tracking!
We have been adding our daily workouts to the app for the last month, so you can go back and add results from past workouts. You can also record all of your current PRs on Barbell Lifts, Gymnastics, and Benchmark Workouts.Our daily workout posts to the app at 7:30 on the night before, and you can set up a notification to see what you'll be doing as soon as it's posted.Be sure to post your results daily, so that you can track your progress, and be prepared to crush your next workout!
