Functional Nutrition Starts Monday!

We are gearing up to launch our first cycle of our 6-Week Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching Program – The Functional Nutrition Project on September 21st! This program is for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle. Perhaps you have been following one of the Full Range training groups for a while now and you are ready to get this aspect of your health up to par with your performance; or maybe you’ve been struggling to lose a few pounds, looking to get leaner, or you need some help setting some goals and sticking to them. No matter what your goal is, we are here to help!The 6-Week program will include a private, online Facebook group that participants will be invited to once they enroll in the program. Coaches Adam and Alecia will mediate this group. The actual program will launch NEXT WEEK (specifically, September 21st through November 2nd) in alignment with our next group training cycle– and before the holidays to get you on track with your nutrition!Each week, you will receive two emails; the first one will be a “lesson” and the second one will contain the habit for that week along with some pertinent information towards helping you establish these healthy habits. We will also be holding group meetings throughout, to answer questions, share ideas, and help everyone get the most out of their experience. When starting this awesome program, you will have an initial consult with Coach Adam or Coach Alecia to discuss where you are and where you want to be.Be ready to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, make lifestyle changes and maybe even figure out the real reasons why you haven’t been able to keep from gaining that pesky weight back.
