“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”
Team "Barbara"
In teams of two, against a 4-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
20 Pull-ups (or Jumping Pull-ups)
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Air Squats
Rest 2 minutes, and complete FIVE sets for max rounds and reps, picking up each set where you left off on the set prior. Partners will divide the work reps between themselves however they like, with only one partner working at any given time.
“BURN”
Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes (5 sets of each):
Station 1 – 15-20 Push-ups
Station 2 – 40 Second Row
Station 3 – 20-25 Air Squats
Station 4 – 40 Second Ski Erg
Station 5 – 30-35 Second Hollow Hold
Station 6 – 40 Second Bike Erg
“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”
Every 3 minutes, for 36-45 minutes (4-5 sets of each):
Station 1 — 400/360 Meter Ski or Run
Station 2 — 400/360 Meter Row
Station 3 — 800/720 Meter Bike Erg
