In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 40 minutes of:
1000 Meter Row
1000 Meter Ski
1000 Meter Run or 2000 Meter Bike
*Every 5 minutes, partners must stop and complete the following before moving on:
5 Synchro Push-ups
10 Synchro Air Squats
15 Synchro Sit-ups
If the 5-minute mark occurs while a partner is on the run, complete the triplet as soon as they get back, before continuing.
“BURN”
Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes (6 sets):
Minute 1 — 3-6 Burpees to Plate + 9-12 Plate Ground to Overhead
Minute 2 — 150-180 Meter Row
Minute 3 — 6-10 Push-ups + 8-16 Jumping Lunges
Minute 4 — 300-360 Meter Bike Erg

Plank Challenge:
Accumulate as much time in a Plank or Weighted Plank (10-45 lb) as possible in 3 minutes
