“FITNESS” & “PERFORMANCE”

In teams of two, complete five rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters (partners must stay together)
30 Kettlebell Swings
30 Sit-Ups
30 Push-ups
Row 400 Meters (as a relay)

Partners must run together, and may only start the Kettlebell Swings once both members are back at their station. The reps for everything else can be divided as you see fit.

“BURN”

In teams of two, switching every 30 seconds, complete SIX sets for max reps/calories of:
60 Seconds of Burpees
60 Seconds of V-Ups
60 Seconds of Jumping Air Squats
60 Seconds of Bike Erg, Ski Erg, or Echo Bike
Rest 60 seconds

“ENDURANCE (AKA SWEAT SESH)”

Every 2 minutes, for 30-40 minutes (15-20 rounds):
150/125 Meter Row
150/125 Meter Ski
