Announcing the #LIVEFULLRANGE 21-Day Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge - Fall 2023 Edition
At Full Range, we strive to make our training sessions the best hour of your day, and provide the coaching, programming, and atmosphere necessary to give you the best workout possible.
But what about the other 23 hours of the day? Are your habits outside of the gym helping you on your journey toward better health and fitness, or are they holding you back?
We created the #LiveFullRange Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge as a way to help our members create awareness around their nutrition and lifestyle practices, and build new habits that are more in line with their overall goals. Whether you are looking to get back in a good groove after some time off, working toward a specific goal, or just want to learn the basics, we are here to help.
The essence of the #LiveFullRange Challenge is this: Take three weeks to focus on the day-to-day activities that we might take for granted, such as how and what we eat, the quality and quantity of our sleep, and the simple things, like spending time in the sun, drinking water, and taking time to reflect.
HOW IT WORKS
We’ve found that the most important step we can take toward changing our habits is to first recognize what we are currently doing; so, the Challenge will involve keeping daily track of certain behaviors, including:
Sleep
Hydration
Protein intake
Fruits & vegetables
Exercise
Spending time outside
…plus a few more items that will count toward your daily total. If the idea of tracking seems daunting to you, don’t worry — we will be making things very simple, and provide you with ways to keep things organized without having to count calories, or weigh and measure your food (unless you want to).
At the end of each week, you will submit your score sheet to your coach. Speaking of coaches…
MEET YOUR COACHES / Team Captains
You will not be alone as you take on the task of changing your habits.
This year, we are bringing back the TEAM aspect of the challenge, and splitting the group into three smaller squads, each with a dedicated coach. Not only will this allow us to provide more individual attention to each participant as they navigate the challenge, but it will also add a little camaraderie by way of some friendly competition for weekly score totals.
Your team captains this year will be Coach Alecia, Coach Cyndi, and Coach Gabby. Each will be the main point of contact for their team, and will coordinate discussion among teammates throughout the challenge.
Getting Started
The challenge will kick-off on Monday, October 30th, and run until Sunday, November 19th. Maybe should have mentioned this before, but this challenge is 100% free for our members (though if you’d like to do a before-and-after Inbody scan, you can do so for $10).

While we wanted to get this post (and the sign-up sheet) out right away, we also realize there is a lot more to be explained! So, here is what comes next:
We will be sending out an introductory video next week that goes over all of the details of the program, including how to track, what foods to have around, and much more. If you add your email to the list, we will be sure to get that out to you, and you can watch it at your convenience.
We will be holding an in-person “kick-off” meeting on Sunday, October 29th, at 9:30am. Here we can review all of the info, and answer any questions before we get things going.
We are excited for this opportunity to help all of you work toward your long-term health and fitness goals, and we look forward to a fun couple of weeks!
