5-Week Weightlifting Technique Series Coming This June

Do you want to learn how to effectively move a Barbell, to build strength and power? Have you been lifting for a while, but feel like your lifts have plateaued?

We are excited to announce that we will be launching a new Olympic Weightlifting program here at Full Range, led by the newest addition to our training staff, Coach Jamie Bartosh.

Jamie has over 10 years of coaching experience, as well as a degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa. She has competed in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting for over eight years, and obtained her USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaching credential from the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. She has since coached numerous athletes in the sport, furthered her coaching development (she is a USAW L2 and CrossFit L3 Coach), and currently conducts video analysis for the Strength Agenda Weightlifting Team.

Jamie’s goal for this 5-week program is to share her Weightlifting knowledge and experience with athletes of all levels — from first time lifters, to those with years of lifting under their belts. With a focus on proper positions and mechanics, this series of classes will help participants learn and improve their Snatch, Clean, and Jerk, and take away key insights that will help them continue to progress for years to come.

Whether you’re interested in learning the lifts from the ground up, or tightening up some flaws you might have in your technique, this series is for you.

Classes will run every Sunday at 9:45am, starting June 2nd, and continuing for 5 weeks. This program will be limited to the first 12 participants to register, and registration is $99 for current members. If you are not a current member of Full Range, and would like to join, please reach out to adam@fullrangecrossfit.com; we will open up spots for non-members only in the event that there are extra spaces left.
