28-Day Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge with KVH Wellness

This 28-day challenge is designed to help you build and maintain healthy habits around nutrition.  Whether your goals are to lose weight, enhance body composition, gain energy, build confidence, or simply learn more about how nutrition affects your daily life, then this program is for you.  The challenge is led by Kristen Van Hull of KVH Wellness, who brings a holistic and personalized approach to nutrition coaching.

More About Coach Kristen:

Kristen’s passion for health and fitness is rooted in both personal experience and a deep commitment to helping others thrive. She launched and led a successful nutrition program at Prowess Fitness + Nutrition for six years before founding KVH Wellness to continue empowering individuals to improve their health and overall well-being.

A lifelong athlete, Kristen competed in high school tennis and cross country running before rowing for Brown University, where she won back-to-back national championships and was later inducted into the Brown Athletic Hall of Fame. She returned to tennis after college and continues to play in USTA and SNEITA leagues today. She has also dedicated years to long-distance running—qualifying for the Boston Marathon twice—and strength training, deepening her understanding of how nutrition fuels performance, energy, and overall health.

Through KVH Wellness, Kristen helps clients build sustainable habits to improve body composition, performance, energy, confidence, and long-term health. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and certifications in Healthy Steps Nutrition, Precision Nutrition - Level 1, and Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0.

Kristen lives in Barrington, RI, with her husband, Patrick, and children, Latham and Lizzie.
