Station 1 – Alternating Dumbbell or Kettlebell Z-Press x 12-16 reps @ 2011
Station 2 – Dumbbell or Kettlebell Death March x 16-20 steps @ 1010
Station 3 – Supinated Hang from Bar x 30-40 seconds
Station 4 – Side Plank x 30 seconds each side (add weight if this is easy for you)

B. Three rounds for time:
400 Meter Run
30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
